In short: open UBee and go to Me → Settings → Delete account. Your account is hidden immediately and permanently deleted after 30 days. If you can't use the app, email [email protected] from your account's email address and we'll handle it.

1. Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest route and needs no waiting on us.

  1. Open UBee and sign in.
  2. Go to the Me tab.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Choose Delete account.
  5. Confirm your identity when prompted, then confirm the deletion.

You may be asked to sign in again, or to re-enter your password, before the deletion goes through. This is a security step that confirms it's really you.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you've uninstalled UBee, lost access to your device, or can't complete the steps above, email [email protected] and ask us to delete your account. To help us find the right account and confirm it's yours, please send the request from the email address associated with your UBee account, and include your display name if you remember it.

We may need to verify your identity before acting, so that nobody else can delete your account. We'll respond within the time limit required by the law that applies to you — for example 30 days under the GDPR, or 45 days under the CCPA, subject to any extension the law allows. You can also submit this as a formal privacy request in the app under Me → Settings → Privacy & your data.

3. What happens when you delete

Deletion is not instant-and-irreversible, by design — the grace period exists so an accidental or impulsive deletion doesn't cost you everything.

4. What gets deleted

When the 30-day grace period ends, we permanently delete your account and the data tied to it, including:

5. What may be kept, and why

We'd rather tell you this plainly than let you discover it later. A limited amount of information can outlive your account, where the law requires or permits it:

The full detail, including our retention table, is in Section 19 of the Privacy Policy.

6. Alternatives to deleting

If the reason you're here is a specific problem rather than wanting to leave, there may be a smaller fix:
