What Units are — and what they are not.

UBee may display Units, a cosmetic, game-like counter shown inside the app, provided for engagement and entertainment only.

• Units have no monetary or cash value. They are not money, currency, legal tender, securities, a financial instrument, cryptocurrency, or a token of any kind.
• Units cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred, gifted, exchanged, redeemed, or withdrawn — inside or outside the app.
• Units confer no ownership, equity, voting, or other rights, and create no obligation on WooWay LLC.
• Units accrue passively and automatically. Accrual is not a promise or representation of any present or future value or utility.
• UBee may change, pause, reset, or discontinue Units at any time, without notice or compensation.
• Units may or may not gain functional use in future features; no such use is promised or guaranteed.
• Units exist only within your UBee account and have no value or meaning outside the app.
