Plain-English Summary

The formal terms below control if there is any conflict.

  • Don't try to sell, buy, or trade Units — not for money, not for anything, not anywhere. Any such attempt is null and void and we may zero your counter and close your account.
  • Don't use bots, scripts, or multiple accounts to inflate your Units. We can detect this, and we will zero the counter and act on the account.
  • Don't use Units in bets, wagers, or pretend casinos. Units have no value; pretending they do is prohibited.
  • Don't promote third-party sites that claim to trade, exchange, or pay for Units. Those are scams. Engaging with them — buying or selling — risks your account.
  • Don't impersonate, harass, or use Units to deceive. Standard community-rules considerations apply.
  • Enforcement is layered: warning → suspension → termination → forfeiture, depending on severity. We can skip steps for serious or repeated abuse.

1. Scope & Purpose

1.1 This Units Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") sets out the rules for using the Units feature of UBee. It supplements, and is incorporated by reference into, the main Terms of Service and the Units Terms & Disclosures (the "Units Terms"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Units Terms.

1.2 The AUP applies to anyone with an Account whose In-App Counter is incremented or referenced, anyone who interacts with the Units feature, and anyone acting on behalf of an Account holder.

1.3 The AUP applies even though Units have no monetary value and no current use case. WooWay enforces the AUP both to maintain the integrity of the feature and to prevent secondary-market activity that could mislead third parties into treating Units as if they had value.

2. Foundational Rules

2.1 Units have no cash value, no monetary value, and no use case today (see the Units Terms § 2). You must not act, in or out of UBee, in any way that treats Units as if they had value.

2.2 The Units feature is closed-loop. You must not extract, export, mirror, or republish Units balances, ledgers, or transaction data in any way that would make them usable outside UBee.

2.3 You are responsible for activity associated with your Account, including activity by any person you allow to access your Account or by any tool, script, or service you authorize.

3. Prohibited Conduct

3.1 No Real-Money Trading (RMT) or Outside Transfers

You must not, and must not attempt to:

Any attempted prohibited sale, transfer, or transaction is null and void. Units involved in such attempts are subject to forfeiture under Section 6 and the Units Terms § 7.3.

3.2 No Gambling or Wagering Use

You must not:

Units have no monetary value, so the "prize of value" element of gambling is absent by design (Units Terms § 9). Acting to manufacture a perceived value is prohibited and treated as a serious violation.

3.3 No Automation, Bots, or Exploits

You must not:

3.4 No Sybil, Multi-Accounting, or Identity Abuse

You must not:

3.5 No Misrepresentation or Deception Involving Units

You must not:

3.6 No Third-Party Tools, Sites, or Marketplaces

You must not engage with third-party websites, services, marketplaces, Discord/Telegram channels, social-media accounts, or other venues that:

Engaging with such venues — whether as buyer, seller, advertiser, intermediary, or participant — is itself a violation of this AUP and may result in account action under Section 6, in addition to any action WooWay takes against the third party. WooWay does not recognize and will not honor any transaction involving Units conducted outside the App.

3.7 No Reporting Manipulation

You must not file false reports about other users to trigger forfeiture or account action affecting their In-App Counters, and must not coordinate false reports to "claw back" or harm another user's counter.

3.8 General Community Rules Still Apply

Activity involving Units that violates the main Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law (including harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, scams, fraud, intellectual-property infringement, and minor-safety violations) is independently prohibited. The AUP is supplemental, not a substitute.

4. WooWay's Enforcement Toolkit

WooWay may take any or all of the following actions in response to violations of this AUP, in WooWay's sole discretion and without prior notice where appropriate (e.g., for ongoing, automated, or severe abuse):

5. Severity & Proportionality

5.1 WooWay aims to apply enforcement proportionally to severity, prior history, and impact, but is not required to follow any particular sequence of escalation. The following are non-binding examples of how WooWay generally thinks about severity:

5.1.1 Lower-severity examples

5.1.2 Higher-severity examples

5.2 These examples are illustrative. They are not promises. WooWay reserves the right to act according to the facts of each situation, including by skipping warnings for severe or repeated abuse.

6. Forfeiture & Clawback

6.1 Units removed, zeroed, or adjusted under this AUP are forfeited. Because Units have no monetary value, no compensation is owed for forfeited Units (Units Terms § 7.6).

6.2 Forfeiture may extend to (a) the Units directly traceable to a violation, (b) the entire In-App Counter associated with an Account that has materially violated this AUP, and (c) In-App Counters of linked Accounts where the linkage is part of the violation (e.g., a Sybil farm).

6.3 WooWay may also reverse, void, or refuse to recognize records, claims, or representations relating to Units that were obtained or asserted in violation of this AUP.

7. Reporting Abuse

7.1 If you believe a user is violating this AUP, or if you encounter a third-party site or service offering to trade, sell, or pay for Units, report it:

7.2 Reports should include enough detail to identify the activity (account names, URLs, screenshots where lawful to capture, dates, and any context). WooWay does not promise individual updates on the outcome of reports.

8. Appeals

8.1 If your Account is suspended or terminated, or your In-App Counter adjusted under this AUP, you may submit an appeal to [email protected] describing why you believe the action was incorrect.

8.2 WooWay will review appeals in good faith but is not required to reverse actions and is not required to disclose detection methods, internal logs, or signals it relied on.

8.3 Where WooWay determines that an action was made in error, it may reinstate the Account or restore part of the In-App Counter. Reinstatement does not create a property right in Units and does not waive WooWay's future enforcement rights.

9. Cooperation with Platforms & Authorities

9.1 WooWay may share information about AUP violations with Apple, Google, and other platform operators as required by the App Store Review Guidelines, the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, and related platform rules.

9.2 WooWay may cooperate with law-enforcement authorities, including by responding to lawful process, where required or appropriate. See the Law Enforcement Guidelines.

10. Relationship to Other Documents

10.1 This AUP supplements the main Terms of Service, the Units Terms & Disclosures, the Community Guidelines, and the Privacy Policy. In the event of conflict among these documents, the main Terms of Service control unless that document points to a more specific document, in which case the more specific document controls on the matters it addresses.

10.2 This AUP does not modify the no-monetary-value, no-property-right framing of Units (Units Terms § 2). Enforcement of this AUP is not an admission that Units have value.

11. Changes to This AUP

WooWay may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be notified through in-app notice or email where practicable, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of UBee after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.

12. Severability, Governing Law, Disputes

12.1 Severability. If any provision of this AUP is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

12.2 Governing law and disputes. The governing-law, arbitration, class-action-waiver, and venue provisions of the main Terms of Service and Units Terms § 15 apply to this AUP.

14. Plain-English FAQ

Q1. Why have an AUP at all if Units have no value?

Two reasons. First, even valueless counters can be abused — bots can inflate them, multi-accounts can game them, and the integrity of the feature matters. Second, secondary-market activity (people treating Units as if they had value) can mislead third parties; preventing that protects everyone.

Q2. What happens if someone offers to buy my Units?

Don't accept, don't reply, don't engage. Report it. Engaging — even casually — can violate this AUP. Any "sale" is null and void on our side.

Q3. I made an alt account ages ago for unrelated reasons. Am I in trouble?

The AUP prohibits multi-accounting for the purpose of Units accumulation. A long-standing, non-coordinated second account used for other reasons is a different question, but you should not let any Account act as a "Units farm" for any other Account.

Q4. My Counter went down. What happened?

Possible reasons: an anti-abuse rollback, an inactivity expiration, a feature change, a clawback for a violation, or a bug. Contact [email protected] if you believe the change was incorrect.

Q5. Can I make YouTube videos or TikToks about my Units?

Talking about UBee is fine. Advertising Units-for-money, soliciting trades, or running "Units giveaways" with conditions that look like gambling is not. Don't frame Units as having monetary value.

Q6. If I get banned, can I appeal?

Yes — see Section 8. We do not promise reinstatement, but we will review appeals in good faith.

Q7. Does WooWay report bad actors to anyone?

Sometimes. We may share information with Apple, Google, payment networks, and law-enforcement authorities where appropriate or required.
